The end of it was just on ch.4
My mum had to tell me my balloon had gone up into space to be with ET once when I let go of it

That would be good
Although, there would be so much expectation around it that it would never be as good as the first one. So I doubt there ever will be

Agreed, given the fact Drew Barrymore is a big star and Henry Thomas doesn't act anymore, except in bit parts.
