Anyone here into Trailer Park Boys? One of my all-time favorite comedy shows.
The 16 year old in me can't ever get tired of a good low-brow, drug humor filled show. if that;s not your thing, then you probably wouldn't like it, but if it is, and you've never watched it, you're missing out.

A bit off topic here:
Hey, Beakybird, I've read and responded to your message, but I've not a reply from you! I'm not blaming you, nor am I mad at you. I believe that this site has lost my PMs to you. So, to receive a reply to your PM, and to continue talking, I'll just give you my email address. Just PM me, and I'll give it to you. (^_^)
If anyone else wants my email address, they can PM me as well. But please note that not all will receive it, however. You have to be a certain age, not that I do anything illegal or explicit, but for safety reasons and not knowing all of the regulations out there, I cannot include everybody. JSYK.
Oh, and I am on Google+. I am using the same name that I use here as on there, that is, part of my real name. (I do not include my last name. I will after I move out of my parent's home. When you don't hear from me, don't feel as though I've cut you out. I just cannot reply for a minimum of two months, as I won't have a computer or a smart device.) So, feel free to friend me, and I'll friend you! If, that is, you tell me who you are by a PM from Wrong Planet.

OMG, I actually got most of the episodes the other day, in uncensored form. Such a great show.
I only heard about it a few years ago myself. If this were an American show more people surely would have heard of it here. And you're even in Canada and just getting into it. Though, being 21, you're almost Trinity's age. You coulda been learning to steal BBQ's along with her!
Just nuts how a show with such an obvious fan base is so relatively underground. It's been out for almost 15 years now with three full length movies (which were not a good representation of the quality of the show)

I've actually been watching reruns of it for a few years, whenever I come across it channel surfing. It's only recently that I've started watching the episodes in order from the beginning, however.

Watched every episode and the movies, love it, not many shows with the amount funny characters and scene stealers like this one. It's actually kind of screwed up my vocabulary, I notice myself saying too many things from the show.

I love Lahey's s**t analogies. Lahey's probably my favorite, but you are right the characters are all so good. I love J-Roc too. Reminds me of a lot of kids I grew up with. There's alot more to this show once you start watching it. It's low brow but also brilliant at the same time.
I gotta say though the last two seasons were a dropoff in quality without Clattenberg, Volpe and Dunn writing and directing. I don't like how they basically ditched the mockumentary format. Now it is more of a straight sitcom. Still the greatest though.
I know what you mean about the changing the way you talk thing. All of a sudden I say f**k with a Canadian accent. And I was just explaining to my wife how recycling worked this morning as I threw the trash out of my car into out parking lot.

I'm due for a watch through pretty soon.
I thought the season before the last one was okay, 'Don't Legalize It' I think was probably their best movie, had high hopes but I agree this last season tho was pretty meh.
Everyone on the show is funny, Lahey is amazing and so is Randy. J-Roc of course, Trevor and Cory, and the boy's of course.
I find myself using the s***-analogies too much, I use to live near farm fields and we'd occasionally just get this awful smell around a certain time of day for whatever reason which came to be known to me and my family as some variation of s***-clouds, s*** winds, s*** waves, etc. Also everything that doesn't work is now f***y.
They were out here this year in person and I missed them unfortunately, I imagine their stage show would of been fun. Crowd would of been at least probably haha.
Mike Clattenburg is doing a show now with Aaron McGruder(the creator of 'The Boondocks') called 'Black Jesus' which is hilarious as well. Black Jesus seems more Trailer Park Boys than it does Boondocks too me but I think McGruder gets tired of trying to put a message in everything. Now Boondocks is a show that really dropped off without McGruder, that's last season was rough.
Too many people I've known remind me of certain characters from these shows

I agree about Don't Legalize it. It clearly was the best of the full length movies. But the last two seasons were exactly meh. The last one was ok. The piss catapult was classic. Piss jugs are awesome.
I too say fucky. And use a ton of s**t analogies. I especially love s**t Hawks.
I watched a live video of theirs and it was sorta flat. But I gotta imagine everyone would be getting super baked there so that would have to be fun.

Quick replier!
Their Christmas special was great too that, me and my brothers have made a little tradition of it the last couple years. Good message too, TPB has heart.

You know, that's the one TPB I always forget about. I actually don't remember ever even seeing that one. I must be refreshed.
