 To all of you who haven't had the opportunity to watch this show, it is about a group of people who suddenly realise that they have superpowers. Where do you think the show is headed? it has many twists and turns which keep you guessing. Who are your favourite characters in the series? Mine are Peter & hiro

Heroes is on NBC on American television.

It is a world with comic book style superheroes who are trying to variously understand, exploit, ignore, or escape their powers. It is presented as a convoluted series of interlinking plot threads and a slow explanation emerging that many of the heroes are blood relatives.

The story telling is excellent and most of the acting is good for TV drama. Hiro is definitely one of the best and most intriguing characters because he is one of the few to try to live up to the responsibilities of being a comic book hero, and because we have seen who he will become.

Micah is one of my favorite characters. His innocence and love for his parents is balanced with his fear of what his mother has become and his knowledge that he is the only thing keeping their very dysfunctional marriage together.

I've stayed up with it so far and I'm liking it. As for trying to figure out where its going I kinda try not to - I just hope the writers keep it this solid, which I'm sure they know they've built a lot of anticipation and people don't wanna see the plot fall apart.

As for my favorites, can't say I have any though I feel like I can relate a lot to Nathan Petrelli in terms of asserting a lot of realism over things, doing what has to be done, and often times even coming off as a bit cold when his intentions are quite the opposite.
