Who is your favorite anime alien?

For me, it's toss up- either "Mizuho Kazami"-Please Teacher/Please Twins or "Mune Mune"-Abenobashi: The Magical Shopping Arcade

Washu-chan, Tenchi Muyo. A twenty-thousand-year-old supergenius, who insists on appearing as, and being addressed as, a little girl. (Well, except when she was trying to seduce Tenchi - then she'd appear as a young adult...)
