How's that possible? I've heard that it takes about 9 months to make each episode, but that would mean that at least only one episode will be made each year. Unless they make all episodes per year at the same time, but the way I read (red) it, it sounds as though each episode takes 9 months to make individually.

Can someone elaborate?

That would explain the extremely outdated pop culture references. I haven't seen any of the new episodes. I assume the seasonal rot is that bad.

They work on more than one episode at once. From what I know- they do a lot by hand still, so thats one reason it takes a long time.

I havent seen many newer episodes, so I don't know if its that outdated with references. Perhaps they add a few things later on to make it seem more current?

Every week you start working on a new episode, even though you are still working on the episode you started the previous week.
