Very good game. Much better and darker than the original, although to anyone who hasn't played "Chain of Memories", parts of the plot are confusing. Even on Normal mode, at level 80-something, the last bosses kept me on my toes!

I need to ask something. I read it on Wikipedia, but have been unable to verify it. In the "Port Royale" stage (based on "Pirates of the Caribbean"), all the characters are played by voice actors rather that the "PotC" cast. However, I read that for the Australian version of "Kingdom Hearts II" did actually have Geoffrey Rush doing Barbossa's voice, rather than the voice actor for the American version. Does anyone know whther this is true? I compared it with scenes on YouTube, but couldn't tell any difference....

I personally don't know about the Pirates cast in the game, but if you go to www.gamefaqs.com, type in 'Kingdom Hearts II', and scroll down the first screen you come to, it should have a cast list for both the American and Japanese versions. You can compare them.

Have you actually beaten the game yet? if so, please don't reveal any plot details, i haven't finished it yet...

But he is hard, in his final form. The other sections are more hard as in "endurance" hard.

Update, I finished KHII on Proud mode, and finally beat Sephiroth, after nearly a dozen attempts on both normal and proud. Here's a few tips, Roxas: keep an eye out for the reaction command to block his multislash attack, try to get close to him and hit him when he performs the Heartless Angel attack, and use Ultima Weapon, as well as any MP Rages and Hastes. Oh, and a good supply of Hi-Potions. I beat him on level 93.

Not trying to brag, but I beat it the week after it came out, (I got it the day it came out.) Xemnas>Ansem, Sephiroth>>>>>>Xemnas in difficulty

I love all three games!

I felt bad for Roxas and the Org. because Sora just went in and killed them when they were only trying to get a heart.

Hey, i didn't die. I was re-assimilated into Sora's body, just so you know.

But the rest of the Organization... well, i can see what you mean...

In a way Roxas ceased to exist even after the what happened at the end of the game. Roxas isn't his own person anymore, he's kinda like meld into Sora now.

But at least he and Namine still "exist" in a manner. Xemnas and the other Nobodies didn't...

Yeah, I did. On another note, which Sephiroth battle is harder: KH1 or KH2

KH 2 version. You've got a larger "arena", Sephiroth has got some new attacks, as well as improved versions of the ones seen in KH 1. On the plus side, he takes just a little longer to perform the "Heartless Angel" attack, and while he is in the air, you might just be able to get to him before the spell takes hold.

The hardest part of KHII was trying not to break my start button in an attempt to get through the endless cutscenes.

The second hardest part was taping down the triangle button.

At first they both were hard but after doing it a few times I've gotten better at beating him.

I have only gotten as far as like the 1st door, but can't seem to get past the metal shooting dude....anyone got some tips?

For me, it's definitely the KHI Sephiroth; I had to be on LV 96 to beat him, whereas I think I was in the mid 70s to beat the KHII Sephiroth.
