Most interesting SF film I've seen in a very long time. Instead of ridiculously overblown action sequences, it's got tricky ideas and lots of atmosphere. Plus, it looks fantastic- that circular writing, and "Abbott and Costello" are really alien-looking aliens. I'd read the short story it was based on, but never dreamed it could be made into a film. (Can't say much about the performances- I liked 'em, but I'm an awful judge of acting!)

If you mean the 1996 movie, it was a bit creepy which is good but otherwise fairly forgettable.

If you mean the 2016 movie, I haven't seen it and I'm not really interested either.
