With talks of this happening you'd think that I'd be more excited. It would be cool to have the X-Men and The Avengers meet up at last and have people take the X-Men seriously for once but at the same time I think the X-Men are pretty fine in Fox's hands. Sure the last one (Apocalypse) wasn't as great as it's last two predecessors (First Class & Days of Future Past) and I can't really say I'm that excited for the next one (Dark Phoenix) but Fox did well with their R Rated spin offs (Deadpool & Logan) and if Disney does buy the rights then we probably won't be getting Deadpool 3. Also I feel like the X-Men (if Disney does acquire them) should have a proper send off like they did with Hugh Jackman in Logan. Personally for Deadpool's sake I would prefer that Fox still continue this universe. Now the Fantastic Four on the other hand, yes I would love to see Disney acquire them and do them right. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
