Scorpion entails a group of mentally-enabled people who work for the government to solve complex scenarios. I LOVE this show. I feel like I really relate to the characters in the show, and it really keeps me intrigued. Does anyone else watch this show?

I do. I enjoy it. I can't relate to Walter as much as Sylvester but I don't have his math or chess prowess.

The person who created the show, Walter O'Brien himself, seems to be on the spectrum but the characters in the show don't seem so much like it.

Love the show. I just don't understand the so called social blunders that Paige is supposed to fix/prevent.

I think Paige's son might be on the autism spectrum since he's quiet and smart.

I enjoy watching Scorpion and it's obvious that at some point, Walter will tell Paige that he has feelings for her.

A peer told me I should watch it. Said she thought I'd enjoy it, being a capable student of science, higher mathematics and IT (especially robotics and programming). I looked it up and read about it. Seems quite... fantastic (as in, too unrealistic). Don't think I could watch it. Too strange.

Occasionally.

They are labeled as socially ackward geniuses. I find it hard to believe they writers did not have Autism in mind. The often talk about them and us. They must have looked at the wrong planet NT threads.
