I just recently watched No Game, No Life Zero, a movie distant prequel to the anime No Game, No Life, and I think that it was really good. Not for kids. Granted, properly appreciating it does take watching the 12 episode anime.

I think that the DC animated movies are also good, and possibly better for older audiences. Like the Batman and Harley Quin movie.

A Scanner Darkly based off of the novel of the same name and directed by Richard Linklater.

9 (2009). That's 9, not Nine (which also came out in 2009 to add to the confusion).

The Secret Of Kells.

Song Of The Sea.

Legend Of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga'Hoole.

Big Fish And Begonia.

Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

Justice League: Gods And Monsters.

The Hotel Transylvania movies.

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.

The Princess And The Frog.

What do you think of Bakshi's Lord of the Rings? I really love the style.

I would also add Akira to this list.
