Am I the only person on this site who hates Seth MacFarlane?

The early episodes of Family Guy were alright and Ted was alright, but everything else that Seth Macfarlane does is absolute garbage.

I've never liked Family Guy or his other adult cartoons. He did, however, work on Dexter's Laboratory and Johnny Bravo, two cartoons I enjoy.

Personally, I LOVE Family Guy, and McFarlane's other stuff.

I don't hate him but Family Guy has really taken a nose-dive in recent times. Seth should record a standards album just o change things up.

Family Guy has some classic bits, but it's very inconsistent. I can't stand American Dad and I never even bothered with The Cleveland Show. His Oscars-hosting excursion was also a travesty. I prefer Futurama, peak-era South Park, Bojack Horseman and Rick and Morty when it comes to cartoons aimed at adults.

Yeah it is very odd that a new member would bump two Seth MacFarlane threads for their 1st & only two posts so for.

I liked the Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy. It's basically Family Guy-style cutaway gags that were "too hot for TV".

Him being an avid supporter of Barack Obama and LGBT rights makes him a little likeable (and the first Ted movie was hilarious), but outside of that he comes off as smug.

I don't, I find him pretty funny. I really liked the earlier episodes of Family Guy, and even though in the late 2000s it was on a decline, it's still good for a cheap laugh. And there's some actual really good episodes hidden in between "meh" and "haha this was kinda funny" episodes. For his other shows, never liked the Cleveland Show. Was never funny or good to me, I mean, I liked a few episodes but thats about it. Just a mediocre show to me. He does a lot of work on American Dad which in my opinion is great, and better than Family Guy (although Family Guy's prime was better than American Dad's prime) and the Cleveland Show.

I get it. We are all too hypersensitive and if we are shocked and disgusted by this kind of "humor" we're SJWs or just plain losers.

But seriously if you really don't like a show, just don't watch it. That's why I had to stop watching having to do with the news. It was basically like Family Guy, but real.

Life would be much better if we could all summon cutaway gags.

Anyone watch The Orville? It's what Star Trek should have been instead of the crap that was the second season of Enterprise and everything that followed.

I only saw the 1st couple eps of The Orvile but they were good. I heard it being compared to Star Trek The Next Generation & I'm not surprised by that.
