you know, i never got around to watching the end of the show... i was about 8 episodes away and then i went off to school and had no access to a tv for 9 months. i really should watch the end... i had forgotten all about the show until now.
that version of "fly me to the moon" bugs me... actually, the song does, but especially that version, because it's so generic and it sounds like the singer doesn't know english and doesn't know what she's singing.
it's just one of those songs that every @#$! lame jazz group does... just hearing it makes me want to kill people. along with take five, summertime, chameleon... argh... learn some new material, people!

Honestly, the ending sucks, you're so much better off without knowing it.
As the series came closer and closer to the end, the chapters became more and more boring, trying to insert philosofical stuff in a non-natural way. The episodes, specially the last three or four, are very random(abstract), forget all the action, story and characters that all the others had, these look like an amateur student learning to edit video, trying to put layer after layer of drawings "to look cool"...
They suck so much than later they made "death and rebirth", squezing the last 2 or 3 episodes and adding a (much needed) story.
