I watched Black Christmas. I never watched the 1974 one until now. I'll never watch the one that come out by Blumhouse. I only watched the one in 2006. What I want the film is to be an anthology film or a series. I want to be either short films or feature length films that are standalone under the Black Christmas banner. What do you think of the idea?

Is this the animated anthology you spoke of in your other post?

Although I have seen a lot of films, I have never seen any of the Black Christmas films (1974, 2006, 2019).

So all I can rely on is the description on the Internet.

The film takes place several days before Christmas and tells the story of a group of sorority sisters who are stalked and murdered in their house during a winter storm. Subject includes horror, incest, cannibalism, decapitation.

The film received negative reviews from critics, with the Rotten Tomatoes consensus saying it "pumps out the gore and blood with zero creativity, humor, or visual flair."

So if the reviews are accurate, and I am not saying that they are, then perhaps this is a poor choice. It is best to emulate a successful film with great creativity, humor and visual flair.

Ok. What pitches do you have for an anthology film?

When I think of anthologies, I think of The Twilight Zone and Outer Limits. Since you seemed focused on Horror, nothing seems to come to mind. I do not know if Nightmare on Elm Street is considered an anthology. I am an old geezer and from a different time era.

I really liked the 1956 film Forbidden Planet. It was a groundbreaking film in its day.

Maybe you could make an anthology out of an alternate universe. A reality that is slightly skewed from our reality.
There is a movie coming up called "Free Guy". I have seen the previews and it looks like fun.

So I guess if I was to propose something, it would be a mixture of "Free Guy" and "Forbidden Planet".

I meant that as in Black Christmas.
