I loved this movie as a kid. I didn’t understand it like I do now. Other movies, like Where The Wild Things Are, even the movie Powder…or the 1998 version of Great Expectations. There is a list that I can try to think about when trying to figure out what these movies were intended to do, or, maybe more importantly, what kind of person they were made for. Donnie Darko also comes to mind. Any thoughts about it?
