After the first two weeks, I was finally able to see the third Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. which I thought was a great film. Yes, I thought it was a tear-jerker too and for those who are yet to see it, I am not giving any spoilers.

In general, I thought that Dave Boutista, who played Drax stole the show this time. However, GOTG was pretty funny in general.

Was a little freaked out at the animal torture in this film. For some reason I don't mind seeing humans get tortured but seeing little animals get tortured was too much for me.

The whole plot with Rocket this time around was very sad and I was forewarned that this movie would be a tear-jerker. Still, here is the weird part, when I finally sat down to watch the movie, I started crying myself wondering why. Then I had to remind myself that others warned me that this was a tear-jerker and that it was ok. I also found myself getting angry at the way High Evolutionary treated Rocket and his friends.

While I will admit that the third film had a great soundtrack, I would have liked to have a more classic and light rock from the '60s, '70s, and '80s.

Songs I would have liked to have heard

1. Take it on the Run - REO Speedwagon
2. Reeling in the Years - Steely Dan
3. Take it Easy - The Eagles
4. We built this city - Starship, would have been a good track for the end, though I love Florence and the Machine
5. We Are the Champions - Queen

What classic rock would you have liked to hear in the song?
