Hey, I just saw the Avengers today, so I want to make this fight.

The battle will take place in Who-verse Earth. Both sides do not have any of these things: Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, The Doctor, and Hawkeyes.

I haven't read the comics, so I only know what I got from the Movie. If you need to help me know more about them, give me some of the details without spoiling anything.

And yes, SHEILD has Nick Fury, since he is the equivlant(at least to me) of Old Brig (Nicolas Courtney will be missed.) So GO!

I honestly have no idea, as I have no idea of SHIELD's true capabilities. But modern UNIT (as seen in the new series) probably has the best chance of fighting SHIELD.

Keep in mind that UNIT also draws most of its members from the armies of the nations who host it. In other words, the UK branch of UNIT draws the majority of its troops from the British Army, and is required to ask them for reinforcements and to take action. The events of The Invasion, Spearhead from Space, The Claws of Axos, and Invasion of the Dinosaurs shows what happens when UNIT's enemies (human or alien) are able to interfere with this relationship.

In the end, I think there's not that many actual permanent members of UNIT. Unfortunately. Loathe as I am to admit it, SHIELD probably has more personnel at its disposal.

Gimme a second, and I'll list technologies that UNIT has used over the years...

They have a variety of weapons to call upon, and some very unusual ammunition. In Battlefield, Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart shows the Seventh Doctor some of the unusual ammo that they use:

*Armour piercing rounds with a teflon core, designed to pierce the armour of a Dalek

*Explosive rounds, designed for use against the Yeti (a form of robot controlled by an alien intelligence)

*Armour piercing rounds for robots in general

*Gold bullets for Cybermen

*Silver bullets (while the Brigadier didn't know whether they had any, he found out that they did when the Doctor asked, and they proved effective against the Destroyer)

In The Poison Sky, they also use rad-steel coated bullets to counteract the Sontaran cordalane signal.

In The Seeds of Doom, UNIT from the 1970s was able to use a powerful laser, albeit one that was unwieldy, and more like a piece of heavy artillery.

I think that when he said "Both sides do not have any of these things: Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, The Doctor, and Hawkeyes.", he also meant superheroes in general, save for Nick Fury.
