I use to be from Los Angeles, CA but now live in Arizona. Any Californians here? Particularly Angelinos?

Not from LA, I'm a central California girl, and sometimes a San Francisco girl. Given the rivalry between Nocal and Socal, I hope you don't hate me.

I was born in Anaheim, but my family moved away when I was 3. I have a brother (who I don't like) that currently lives somewhwere in the LA area.

I lived in LA almost my entire life. In case you're wondering, yes, living in LA is overrated.

Still, it is home.

Live in WAY Northern California on the coast, lived in L.A./Long Beach when I went to a commercial dive school in Wilmington.

Wanna go somewhere else now... I'm tired of rain.

I have 3 cousins who went to UC Santa Cruz (Math, and two Sociology majors). They live in Watsonville.

I've lived in San Francisco my whole life. I go to SF State and almost everyone I've met since I started at this school is from SoCal. I guess a lot of them come up here because it's far away from their parents, but not too far away.

Seems like a lot of students from Humboldt County go to university in a few certain places - Santa Barbara, Chico, Davis, and San Diego. Almost every kid I know from here who left home after graduating high school, went to one of these schools.

I guess a lot of SF kids went down south too; Santa Cruz, Long Beach, San Diego, Santa Barbara. I never hear of anyone moving up north towards Humboldt though.

That's cool, I went to high school in Watsonville. I'm always going to the UCSC library to study, as well. The campus is amazing if you like nature.

How does Arizona compare to California?
