It ws announced a few days ago by The 4400 creator and producer Scott Peters that the show has been cancelled by the USA Network, most likely due to slumping viewers ratings. I liked this show - it wasn't my favorite but I looked forward to it. I hate that they're ending it with some many unresolved storylines.

USA also cancelled The Dead Zone, which I'm personally not sad about.

In addition to a couple of new shows on the USA lineup, the only definites for new seasons are Burn Notice and The Starter Wife, both of which I don't watch. It seems a 3rd season of Psyche is likely, but because negotiations with Tony Shalhoub were cut short by the writer's stirke, it is unclear whether there'll be another season of Monk.

Yay!

The first series was ok, but after that, I disliked it more and more.

Anymore Monk and I'll go insane.

I tried watching Season 1 and it was the same thing every episode.

Shoot! I was hoping that the last season of the 4400 was just a lull. I did like the show. The Dead Zone has been on a while, It was losing steam.

I used to love The 4400. I hardly watched the last season though.

The trouble is that they are still doing Monk very well, if anything better than before. I like Natalie a lot better than his former partner.

I only seen the first couple of seasons of 4400, but it seemed quite good.

Mind you, if people say that the later seasons were stupid, I guess I have no evidence to the contrary.
