I've noticed that the cartoon from the movie, and the one in "Whacking Day", directed by Oliver Stone both (a) were untitled, and (b) were JFK-related.

I like marge's crap one, it's supposed to funny because it's bad. I love how itchy and scratchy are always relevant to what's actually going on in the episode, that's what make them so funny. Like in Scar Trek: The Next Laceration , from Deep Space Homer, before homer is to go to space, he watches this cartoon where there is some horrible space accident. Homer's expression after the show is hilarious. Then the show has a funny warning after it was played.
