Aren't those straps crossed? So as long as the arms are not raised up in the air, the "person" should be safe still ...

It did look bad. But maybe the ride was so intense that it was impossible for her to pay attention to anything else.

I hate alot of amusement rides as I can often feel myself getting pulled back and feel that I coulld possibly fall out, and the fear of hights is scarey. I remember being on a ride which kind of like a motorbike at fast speeds and because my legs are a bit bigger then normal I could kind of feel that I was kind of falling out. It is never funny when someones life is at risk.

Yes I have been on them rides where you go upside and spin around and around and you dont where you are.
My gf sometimes scream. I dont. I always think I am in control no matter what and I go on them again and again until I really do feel sick. I dont know why.
