I like most films, as long as they aren't trashy or scary.

My favourite are all fantasy/sci-fi films:

1)The Lord of the Rings Trilogy

2)Star Wars

3)The Neverending Story

I'm sure there are some more I can't remember.

Damn tough question. My list of movie favorites is somewhere in the 30's because I can't make up my mind. But if I had to choose. . .

King Kong (1933)
Evil Dead 2
Being John Malcovich
Heavy Traffic
Taxi Driver

If not, than maybe

American Beauty
Conan the Barbarian
Deliverance
Ninja Scroll
The Last Temptation of Christ

I CAN'T choose.

(EDIT: replaced '78 Dawn of the Dead with The Last Temptation of Christ)

If anyone didn't know already... ;)

Lord of the Rings (all three!! !)
StarWars episode 4
Moulin Rouge
Passion of the Christ
and what I've actually seen of the Matrix

Honarary mentions: Princess Diaries (the second one has John Rhys-Davies in it!), anything VeggieTales and Pirates of the Carribean (good swordfighting and I  the soundtrack).

I likie scary movies, musicals, comedies, and that one genre I can't remember the name of. No particular order.

The Shining (6 hour long TV version)
Chicago (Musical)
The Mask (Jim Carrey fan)
I Am Sam (really sad, but really good)
A Beautiful Mind

That, and all of the Nightmare on Elm Street series. I should also mention I have yet to see the original Shining.

I have no idea. ;) This is kind of off-topic for all the rest of the disinterested people, but the company who makes VeggieTales is coming out with a parody of LotR! Yay!
