If you count the original series of Doctor Who, as well as The Prisoner, and various British comedies, then yes.

What counts as a "classic"?

I tend to mostly watch reruns myself. I can't get into too many of the new shows these days.

I ain't got no TV, but:

The original Twilight Zone, and Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Haven't seen either for ages.

I love both of those and Kung Fu was my all time favorite as a kid. I have several jackets that look like the ones he used to wear.

I'm not a big fan of a lot of the sitcomes that some kids call classic...Bradybunch and such...actually sitcomes are the worst past and present though sometimes I like Leave it to Beaver, Andy Griffith, Dobie Gillis, Beverly Hillbillies and Drag Net...I have to be in the right mood for those but they can be calming compared to the "new stuff".

I almost exclusively watch old TV....

ie: from the days when it was comedy, drama etc... and not all reality.
and not all derivative - like Law and Order is...

I still watch new shows Doctor Who 2005+, Torchwood and several BBC and Aussie shows like; The IT Crowd, the Librarians etc... but for the most part, old stuff is best.

I can't think of a recent US show in the last say 10 years I've really liked - except Carnivale and Firefly - and they both were cancelled.

I am really into 80's and early 90's cartoons.... they where so much better and required talent to draw, the stuff that airs today is garbage! Especaially the americain shows that try to be like anime.

I prefer classic sitcoms to anything. The shows from the 50s and 60s (Lucy, My Three Sons, etc.) are good as are those from the 80s and early 90s (Full House, Family Ties, etc.) I don't go for those 70s Norman Lear things anymore (All in the Family, Maude, et at.) Those shows only pertain to 70s life, which is long over.

I don't like what is called "Reality TV". It seems phony to me.

The "talk shows" that are on in the afternoon are really "controversy shows". I stay away from them.

I consider Twin Peaks to be a "classic" TV series, though some would disagree.
Regardless, it's the best show ever.

Me too, and I would love to watch 80s and early 90s cartoons again anytime. I can't stand today's dumbest cartoons such as Spongebob Squarepants and the Fairly Oddparents.

Have you seen the Dungeons and Dragons animated series(1983-1986)? It's the best cartoon of the 80s in my opinion. I own all the episodes on a four DVD box set.

I'm interested in classic comedies including only fools and horses, fawlty towers, dads army, one foot in the grave, blackadder and porridge, all so funny especially fawlty towers

I also think kids tv shows i used 2 watch r better than the ones on now.
