silentbob15: I thought your comment about 7 of 9 being 36 of D was hilarious. The funniest thing I've read in a long time.
just-me: I live in the UK, and I watch BBC all the time, but I haven't seen anything about Red Dwarf coming back. Do you know any details? I thought it was great for the first few years, but gradually went downhill. It hit rock bottom when the holographic Rimmer left, the whole Red Dwarf crew were brought back to life, and the four main characters got sent to prison. The whole point of the show is that Lister is, as the theme song says, "all alone, more or less". But Lister is not really alone at all anymore, because there are other humans on the ship, rather than just a hologram, a robot and a cat.
But anyway, I'm going off-topic, sorry. Star Trek Voyager... yes, I quite liked it, but not as much as Deep Space Nine. The Kazon were just Klingons with worse hairstyles. As a captain, Janeway was possibly even more hypocritical than Kirk when it came to breaking the Prime Directive whenever she felt like it. 7 of 9's presence gave me a good reason to watch it, although for some reason I thought she was more sexy with grey skin and all that black mechanical stuff on her body, back when she was Borg. (How can a bald grey-skinned woman wearing a few wires and calculators look so good?)
