silent film

my brothers planning on doing a silent film for his senior project, any ideas??

Keep in the fractured, flickering look. Use a strobelight if you must. XD

Have the soundtrack be songs by Diablo Swing Orchestra, except use a filter to make it sound like it has old sound quality

Here are four possibilities....

1. Try to recreate a silent classic ... scenes from Nosferatu ? Chaplin and shoe eating (Gold Rush) etc...

2. Do a silent film about noise. ie: The history of the wilhelm Scream and mix in silentized versions of star wars etc... (See Wilhelm scream on Wikipedia).

3. Do a musical... eg: Grease but silent.

4. Don't use people, use dolls or just shadow puppets...
