My very strange Lost-related dream

The other night I had a strange f*****g Lost-related dream.

The dream began with me living in a fancy skyscraper apartment building. I was sitting in my music/computer room changing the strings on my guitar, and I heard a blood-curdling scream! I ran into my living room and Claire was laying there on the sofa crying.
"Claire, what's wrong? Are you alright?!" I asked her.
"I'm having my baby, Ryan!! I can't find Charlie!" She replied.
"Holy crap, what should I do, Claire?"
"Go and find Remon, he'll know what to do."
"WTF, Claire? Remon is one of the managers in the grocery store I work at. Why do we need him of all people?" I asked her.
"Just go, Ryan!!"
"Where can I find him, it's his day off and I don't know where he lives?"
Claire replied, "He's on floor 13, end of the hall, number 20. Hurry!"
So I then take off running. Along the way I get confused, as while I am running I am thinking, "there isn't such thing as a 13th floor!" I reach the staircase and start climbing, as fast as I possibly can. The flights of stairs are very steep, which each step two or three feet above the one below it. I get out of breath and I begin to slow down. So I get off onto the nearest floor and jump in the elevator. This elevator was very strange, the walls were white, plastered and textured; looking like the inside walls of the average house, and the floor was of wood. The elevator was also barely big enough for a single person to stand in and it moved extremely slowly. I finally reached the 13th floor and I took off running down towards the end of the hall and stopped in front of room 20. I knocked on the door, and waited a few moments then knocked again. I was about to give up and walk away when the door opened and Smokey Robinson walked out.
I was completely dumbstruck. "Smokey?! What in the f**k are you doing here? I came here looking for Remon!"
"I'm producing DriveShaft's new album," Smokey replied. He turned around and shouted, "By the way that's a wrap, Charlie!"
By then I was getting frustrated. "Ok, neat. Whatever. But I was told that my boss Remon lives here, and Claire needs his help immediately."
"Sorry man, you were told wrong," Smokey said. He then pointed his thumb to his right and said, "Remon lives next door."
So I knocked on door #19. Remon answered. I then shouted, "Remon! Claire is having the baby, and she told me to come and get you."
"Calm down, Ryan... You will have to deliver the baby. And when you tell her to push-remember this, Ryan-tell her that she must push, every 108 minutes."

Apparrently I had a flashback to the point where I woke up from this insane dream and got up to go to work.
