Bad news Harry Potter fans

The new movie isn't coming out until next summer.

I prefer Rowling's novels and fanfiction to the movies so this news doesn't affect me much. Though I'd like to watch the new movie soon if there was such a possibility

They butchered Order of the Phoenix so much, I don't care so much anymore. They skipped one of the best parts of the entire series entirely! (The confrontation between Harry and Dumbledore)

Warner Brothers is still feeling repercussions of The Writer's Strike.

Really, that's freaking annoying, isn't it? I had my year planned out by what movies were coming out when....

I remember watching the first film on the TV and I suddenly someone switches the TV off while I was watching it Not the sort of woman to confront really

Yeah, I ranted about this when I heard. I was pretty apalled. I said:

"WHAT THE BLOODY S**TF**K? Did today's date change to April 1st without anyone telling me?

OK, let's take a look at their reasoning:
1) Summers are better for "family tentpole" releases. Oh, so tell me, why wasn't that a problem for THE OTHER HARRY POTTER FILMS THAT CAME OUT IN NOVEMBER? Jesus f**king christ, do they really think this will increase their ticket sales? They're going to make a ton of money no matter when the film comes out!

2) "They are still feeling the aftereffects of the writers' strike and need the time to make sure the film reaches the widest audience possible." So does that mean that the script was rushed during the strike and sucks? BUT THE MOVIE'S ALREADY IN F**KING POST-PRODUCTION! FILMING WRAPPED! I understand that they really need to get their marketing team's s**t together, because we should have had a full-length trailer by now damnit, but the MARKETING team isn't impacted by the WRITER'S strike! They could still have cut together more trailers by now!

THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY F**KING SENSE! I am ENRAGED."

And I still feel that way. BLEH.

damm hollywood peoples. are they trying to increase interest by increasing anticipation or something? all they are doing is pissing fans off.

Here's what pisses me off the most: "We Love Our Fans"

Yeah, and the money we make you.

I find this annoying, How long does it flippin take, to choose a book, and take all the best bits out!?

That really stinks; I think it's supposed to be released in July next year. I wish they could've added the scenes with the house-elf characters when they made the Goblet of Fire movie.
