Haven't seen it yet and doubt I will. I heard that he is supposed to be your sterotypical AS person. Good at math, in the gifted classes, etc. The only sterotype that dosen't apply to him is his race. Almost EVERY autistic or AS character in a movie or TV show is always white. About time we've had an African American for once to show that AS isn't strictly a "white" condition.

Everytime someone mintions that AS people are good at math, I want to strange them. Whoever believes that crap should take a peek at my math grades. I had to be in special ed for math and people were always telling me I should give up on my dream of being a veternarian because I would never be able to do all the math required for it in college.

Now that Conner is accepted now by his peers and has a group of friends, it seems like now he doesn't have it. I'm not saying aspies can't have friends.

Yep. Degrassi TNG is basically a whole bunch of stupid stereotypes of people in one high school. If I am bored I will occasionally watch it for a laugh at how stupid TV has become.

Yep. That's how it works on TV.
