My favourite song would have to be the Simon & Garfunkel classic 'Bridge Over Troubled Water'.

Hm... I have a lot of "favorite songs," they tend to change over time. My three "theme songs" are:

"Darkness" - by Third Eye Blind

"Losing my Religion"- by REM

and "Inside Out" by Eve 6

Lately, I've been into Evanescence (I like "Hello" and "Imaginary" best), Coldplay (I love "The Scientist"), Smashing Pumpkins ("Porcelina of the Vast Oceans" is my current favorite), and Radiohead (no specific song, and their music always does strange things to my head, though I still like them).

As you can see, I like many different groups, so it's hard for me to choose.

I don't have "A favorite" to speak of, but I generally lean towards more atmospheric music. Pink Floyd, Mannheim Steamroller, ELP, The Moody Blues, ELO, Chicago, just to name a few.

I have several favorite songs and it is subject to change when I listen to a new one I like.
I like Coldplay's 'The Scientist" and REM too.
But my favorite song would be "Forever Young", a cover song of Alphaville's by "Forever Young". I also like "Whirlwind" by Broder Daniel.
I also like to listen to "With or without you" and "Turn, turn, turn" by Scala.

I tend to like pop music from the 50's to 80's and I also like classical. Don't have ONE favourite but some standouts would be Elvis singing 'Fever', Roy Orbison "In Dreams", 'Who Killed Bambi' by Tenpole Tudor and ohhh some Human League, some Motown stuff, Phil Spector productions and The Beach Boys

My all time favorite song is "All-star". i don't know which band wrote it, though...

Another one is "Livin' Lovita Loca". I am currently making a parody to this song, named "Livin' the Legend of Zelda" (I know, i'm a nut  )

And yes, i did get these songs from Shrek and Shrek 2. Although i heard of these songs before, i forgot them, and remembered them when i saw the movies.
