Why are you here? I'm an NT engaged to a man recently diagnosed w/ asperger's

When were you diagnosed? ---

Favorite subjects: Anthropology, Classics, Comparative Literature

Year/Grade: Graduate student

Favorite music: Easy listening and sometimes classical. I'm rather high-strung.

Books: Those within anthro, classic lit, whatever.

TV shows/Movies: obsessed with Columbo, also like South Park

Instrument: Voice, piano, guitar

Do you like sports? No, not at all.

Family: It's just the two of us right now.

Clothing: Definitely into comfort... to a fault.

How did you find this website? googling asperger's

Job: Teaching Assistant

Plans for the future? Finish my dissertation and get a professorship

Any comments? I have enjoyed reading various posts on this site. As stated earlier, my fiance has fairly recently been dx'd with AS. Technically I'm NT, but am a bit of a neurotic person. We're opposites in many ways except that we both tend to be absent-minded. I guess I'm just trying to understand him better and find creative ways for us to communicate with each other since the usual "couples advice" seems COMPLETELY inadequate for us.
