G'Day. A friend referred me to this forum and I'm very glad she did.

My name is Marita, I'm mother to two beautiful girls.

Annie 5yo is Neurotypical and Heidi 3.5yo is HFA/Aspergers. I think they are the most amazing wonderful people on earth, along with my fabulous husband.

I blog most every day, it started out about cross stitch but got slowly taken over by tales of my children.

Right now it is more about my boycott of the WWE and how sickened I am about their association with Jenny McCarthy and Generation Rescue.

Asperger's and HFA are the same thing but there is lingering doubt about a distinction between between the so it is different but many say they are one and same.

Hi Marita, welocme.

I'm also a mother to two beautiful boys, the older one has been diagnosed like myself I have Aspergers and he has NVLD/Aspergers.

Welcome! It's nice to see someone else from Melbourne on here. Although I now live in the US, I'll always be a Melbourne boy at heart. Which part of Melb. are you from?

asguy I moved to Melbourne in 2000 and have moved 8 times since I arrived. Sticking to the Northern area though, Brunswick, Coburg, Preston, Bundoora (a bit to the north east).
