I'm 26/f/not sure if I'm on the spectrum. I am possibly very mildly Aspie, but I'm most definitely a socially-awkward, sensory-sensitive, INTJ with a low EQ. I tend to be attracted to guys who turn out to be Aspie, so I figure even if I'm not Aspie I can connect with Aspies on some level.

My therapist suggested I attempt to make more connections to people because I've been sort of deprived of it for so long, so I just wanted to delurk and say hi and hopefully carve out a little space here and contribute to the interesting discussions. Also, if anyone here is also in Chicago, feel free to say hi. I'd love to make some local friends

It's great -- lots of interesting, distinctive neighborhoods and tons of amazing food. Bleak, gross winters, but the lakefront is beautiful. And many good bands and authors come here on tours, and there's always some festival or cultural event going on. Where are you located?
