lostD, you are far from being, as you so bluntly put it, "ugly as hell". Your head shape is perfectly symmetrical and is not even the least bit "strange" looking. I can safely say with the utmost confidence that there is not a single aspect of your appearance that is abnormal. I still get pimples at 22, and trust me, the case of acne I had during my teen years was far worse than what you seem to be experiencing, which honestly looks fairly mild.
You really shouldn't be so critical of your appearance, especially since I honestly can't see any evidence of rationality in your self-demeaning statements. However, if you are, for whatever reason, as disgusted with yourself as you seem to be then here's a short anecdote about a friend of mine that will hopefully help you gain a little perspective:
My close friend had a Godawful case of acne that plagued him throughout high school until he was well into his college years. I would be more than comfortable putting this particular friend of mine under your label of "ugly as hell". Actually, in all honesty, even though he doesn't have acne anymore I'd still consider him to be "ugly as hell". Nevertheless, in spite of his horrific acne problem he managed to win the title of Student Council President when we were in high school. He has also been lucky enough to always have his pick of any of the top-shelf females we've known throughout our years on the prowl. So basically, if you really think that you are "ugly as hell" (even though you are not at all), I can assure you that looks don't matter worth dick in the long run.
Just try to realize your own true beauty instead of being so self-degrading. Whenever you get the urge to say something unfairly critical about yourself grab the reigns and tell that negative guy in your mind to screw off. That usually works for me.
