Heh. I got my 6-year-old niece lego for Christmas but ended up spending more time with it than she did.

Whenever I go to the <WikiPedia> site I tend to stay there for hours at a time and open dozens of tabs in FireFox.

That's called dysgraphia. It's a learning disorder that often occurs along with AS. I often start writing a "b" when I want a "p" and end up correcting it to make a capitalized "THORN" character "Þ" from the Icelandic alphabet.

And now for a few of my very own:
- My highschool girlfriend was a year older than me. That seemed like a lot when I was 16 and she was 17.
- My first boyfriend used to keep a few stuffed animals on his bookshelf when he was in his 20's. When I visited his room I would wait till he left for a minute and then put them together "69" style just to see if he'd notice before his mother did.
- I've been in a mixed-race relationship (AS caucasian & NT chinese) for seven years.
- Only three people have ever agreed to a second date with me. You just read about all three of them.
- I love to ride motorcycles even though I often scare myself by going into corners too fast.
- I've been in three car accidents (all my fault) in 20 years. The last time I wrote off both a Mercedes and a BMW.
- my favorite colours are blue and yellow.
- I gave up smoking cigarettes "cold turkey" and never went back.
- I like 80's music and fashion.
- I'm agnostic
- I've jumped out of an airplane wearing a parachute. Eight times.
- For my 40th birthday I'm thinking of dying my hair dark blue.

I used to be vegan since I was a kid. I recently changed to a slightly wider diet(ovo-lacto-and a little fish) for health reasons. I also chose to be vegetarian as a child without my family joining in.

I gave birth unassisted, with just my hubby and 2 babies watching. It was perfect! :D (My 2 previous were homebirths with a midwife.)

I loved star trek as a kid. (I still like it, but have no time for it, now)

I'm a leftie.

I did terribly in school because they bored me, and I hope I never do that to my kids, they are homeschooling instead.

I hate feet on my pillow.

I don't watch TV. (We kicked it out of the house)

One of my life-long obsessions is Adidas. The three stripes on the arms and legs of their clothing resonates VERY strongly with whatever part of my brain is activated by pattern recognition. I've seen lots of imitators with two stripes or four, but there's something about three that just works better than the rest. I like their older lines of clothing from the 70's and 80's the best.

I like old snowmobiles and restore them from the engine ignitions outward.

My car engine has 1800 cubic centimeters of cylinder displacement.

I have rekindled my love of LEGO, Mainly Technic Lego.

Why not? Some things about me:

- I told my mother my dad was cheating on her.
- I used autism as an excuse for EVERYTHING. ("Its not my fault I'm autistic)
- I tried to communicate with chickens by stripping naked and acting like one. (About 5, still little to no speech skills. Worth a try.)
- I tried to create an alternate personality as another coexisting intelligence.
- I think of possible perpetual motion machines while I am trying to sleep.
- I've slept in a sleeping bag for the past 3 years.
- My obsession for the past 3 years was an online game, which I am thankfully now over. (7100 hours playing it in just 3 years. About half my waking time in the 3 year period.)
- Give me a skirt over pants any day. Wearing pants and underwear is hideously uncomfortable; a skirt allows you to adjust your underwear and sit comfortably. Were that I was scottish and could wear a kilt; they had it right!

...I drank baby milk, Isomil, till maybe about a year ago (it's just gotten too damn expensive)-- this was due to my being allergic to milk when I was a baby/toddler. Now I am no longer allergic, but I never got used to the taste of regular milk, and I never stopped liking the Isomil.

...I sucked my thumb till I was 10

...I didn't learn how to wash my own hair till I was about 12

...I used to dress up in suits and pretend to be a ganster (not a Gansta, but the mob-type gansters from the 20s etc.)

...When I was 15, I would watch Rocky Horror Picture Show every Thursday evening.

...I used to be called "The Bee Girl" in grade school sometimes because I would save bees and yellow jackets when they got caught inside the school at a window.

... I volunteered to work for three summers at my gradeschool for the nuns after I had graduated, tending the gardens and doing some minor maintenance work. All my fellow classmates though I was crazy for doing so and not asking to be paid.

I use toothpaste and water as a cure for the common cold. And it works, and gives shiny teeth also :D

Apparently I'm going to be really well known in the far future, as I keep getting time travellers visiting me, asking to have their photo taken with me, then leaving again. o_O

Okay, so that hasn't really happened... yet.
