my daughter is 21 has aspergers social servises dont want to know shes living at home im looking after her gets basic disability allowance. very very intellegent but can not communicate and she self harms in different ways ???? dr deals with phisical problems not mental as they seem to class aspergers for some reason which i find hard to understand when she has a high level of intelegence ..... no one wants to help why why
