Hi all. 
I'm not exactly new but it's been over a year since I posted here. A little about myself, I'm 28 years old and I'm a self-diagnosed Aspie. I would get diagnosed but it would cost $1500 and I don't have that kind of money. It's always been really hard for me to make friends...I do have one best friend now but she is 60. Is it normal for Aspies to have friends so much older? My current obsessions are politics(very liberal leaning) and astrology. I hope to start posting more often now and meet lots of like-minded people!

When I was younger, my circle was all older; now that I'm in my thirties it seems that those I 'connect' with are all over the place in terms of age.
