Hello all. My name is Rachel and I'm on the spectrum. It's pretty lonely out here but at least I don't feel boring. Not even sure where to begin... just really happy that I've found a forum of people who don't see this as a disease. I always wonder what it be like if we were 99% of the population and NT's were 1%. Wouldn't they be the ones with the "disorder" in this case? I'm sick of having to apologize for missing social cues. If people weren't so passive aggressive and knew how to use direct language I wouldn't be "making them uncomfortable" so often. I just consider "making people uncomfortable" an artform now. Is that juvenile? :)

I'm a writer, musician, record label owner, and student. I've been mobbed my whole life so I surround myself with other outsiders and loners. I feel lucky to have met so many interesting people in my life. I'm naturally attracted to anyone who is "a bit off" or "out of sorts." Always highly extroverted at parties no matter how many people are making fun of me. Obsessed with philosophy and politics. Opposing extremes colliding get me hot.

I'm working on a new song called "The Spectrum" for my project Experiment Haywire so I can help raise awareness in alternative culture. My project is dark electronic (industrial) if it needs classification. Looking forward to connecting with other artists on here and sharing thoughts, ideas, etc. Especially looking forward to not being judged for my lack of verbal breaks.

Ask me anything?

Irrashai Wongepuranetsu!

So you're a musician? That's awesome. I think that its great that you're an extrovert despite being socially awkward, that's kind of like me. Maybe you can share some of your music here, we'd love to hear it!

No - images are not allowed in the signature field.

Are there a lot of other musicians here? You can check out mine in my signature. Let me know what you think... no matter how harsh!

One of my favourites as well, as well as two artists that I am more than partial to (Bjork & Cunningham).

It blew my mind to see a Bjork video that was so post-apocalyptic. Eerie and beautiful. It was like the movie AI if it was done right.

I love this place. With this many of us in another dimension it's like we've already arrived. Evolution is a beautiful thing.

Hi Racheal

Pleased to meet you, I'm new to the forum so I suppose I'm introducing myself too. I am a big fan of your music :D I They have such clever lyrics and the informative ideas behind them. Sociopathic and Dark Discordia are wild! Myself I'm a keen punter of industrial and electronic music. I am also into Occulture, I greatly admire Genesis P. Orridge. I play around with keyboards and sing, mainly for theraputic sake. Myself and another friend, who happens to be an Aspie are hopng to form a band, what shape we are not sure how it's going to take yet. However he's into world music and I'm into EBM so this might be an interesting fusion. Other then that I am studyng Sociology at university.

That's great your an extroverted Aspie. Don't worry about appearing 'juvenille' people in this comfomist could do wth a good waking up , be confronting!.

Cheers
