Hello everyone,

I have not been diagnosed by a doctor with any "disorder" on the autism spectrum, but I do score pretty high on the scales I have taken. Also, people have thought I was weird all my life, made fun of me, shunned me, and it was always hard for me to understand why. Any large social situation is hard, meeting new people is hard, job interviews are hard, and a myriad of other things that are similar to some of the things I have read here on these discussion boards.

Despite all the weirdness, I have a pretty good life, mostly due to the love of my wife, who is an extrovert, very social, and very patient with me. I think she's taught me what social skills I do have.

Anyway, just wanted to say "hello."
