I'm from the US, but am Norwegian on my Dad's side. Can make lefse and everything!

Maybe there is something about English proficiency or awareness, but also genetics--if Autism Spectrum disorders are genetic tendencies, maybe that's why they seem to be over-represented in Northern Europe and North America.

Algerie is at least on the African continent. Actually, I think the name "Africa" was originally used for the area that is today Tunisia, the area.

Hmm, I was checked it out on wikipedia, and it seems to be right: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Africa#Etymology

I live in Denmark but my heart belongs to Sweden :heart:

It seems to be plenty of Scandinavians here. We are strongly overrepresented compared to the number of Scandinavians in the world.

I see that some of the themes are permanently stuck at the top. Maybe thos could be done with this theme and the poll as well? Then we could get the staistics over longer time. The poll is put up as everlasting.

I am originally from the east of Norway, but live in the west (in Bergen to be exact) and my heart belongs to this part of the country.

Finally it seems like all the areas are represented, although Europe and North-America are strongly overrepresented, in particular Scandinavia, considering that there are less than 20 million Scandinvians.
