thank you all for posting your pics.. my son who is 9 and has AS was really surprised to see u all. he thinks you all look cool. it gave a different view of his disorder and how others have it also and he thinks you looks really cool to him!

I have a picture of the real me, but I'm not sure I want to post it. I'm not especially handsome or ugly. I just am. I don't think it would make too big of a splash.

Get your image, and if it's a full size digital camera image, resize it
Go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload it
Find the bottom link, called the 'Direct link' or similar
Paste it to where you want in your post
Put [ IMG ] and [ / IMG ] tags around it (without the spaces, obviously)
Then post the message when you're done

Voila!

a lot of the people posting pics of themselves do not look like they have the classical autistic characteristics. from what others have posted in paulsinnerchilds topic post, it doesn't seem like there is an agreed consensus regarding who looks autistic. i'm not certain whether i have these classic characteristics or not. my ears are kinda big, slightly squarish, and my mouth corners may have an autistic appearance. but family members of mine have similar features and they most certainly are not autistic.
