Hello. I'm, me, not really wanting to say who I am right now really. I have ADHD and SPD and suffer with lots of impulses and obssessions with the ADHD from shouting things out, making noises, having to touch and do things a certain amount of times etc. I was pointed in the direction of this forum from a fellow member of an ADHD site for adults because he thought I might be able to get lots more advice and information about some of my problems on this forum so here I am. Not sure what else to write in this box now lol.
