Hello everyone... I have been visiting these forums for a while now... so yeah I decided i would start to contribute and get to know you all a bit better...

Well i guess ill give a little history of myself and why im here
Im a surfing enthusiast from the east coast of Australia where i was born and raised... currently in a small town on the southeast coast where everybody has some kind of acquaintance with the ocean... Ive been swimming as long as i have been walking and my passion for the water has evolved from laps in a pool... to surfing every day any time and conditions...

Ive always been super shy growing up... terrible with my social skills etc etc... but i just thought that was who i am... about 3 years ago my mother insisted i started seeing a psychiatrist as she could not understand why i have always been so "shy and passive" about pretty much everything.... the psychiatrist didnt last long... couldnt bring myself to come back from school and spend the remaining sunlight sitting town on a couch when the surf was on... even if it was once a week or so... basically a really close friend mentioned aspergers and a few google results later i end up here... after really looking back on myself it kinda fits.. however ive never felt the need to get a diagnosis regardless of the circumstances ive been in...

Well anyway you will get to know me properly as i spend time on these forums... i look forward to sharing my time here with the rest of the members
