Hi. Welcome to WrongPlanet!
Sorry to hear you have depression and anxiety.
I hope you can get out of depression, and I hope WrongPlanet can help, if even only a bit.
Anyway once again, welcome. (:

hiya suebflorida :)
i wish i could tell ya what's next, i don't know the answer to that even for myself. all any of us can do is to take things one step at a time, one day at a time. concentrate on doing the one thing that is right in front of you first, IOW unless you're playing chess, there is no use worrying about any steps after the first step in front of you. concentrating on the one step in front of you gives you clarity of mind and focus of thought. to worry too much about "what if..." just adds anxiety and muddles your present thoughts. you might make your first step the application for social services benefits.

Hello and welcome.

I like what auntblabby said.

If you have any specific questions about how to apply for social services or dealing with employment or medical issues, many people on these forums have had similar experiences to yours and might be able to offer some useful advice. There are also games in some forum threads for fun and distraction, music videos, discussions of news, etc. The politics philosophy and religion forum is where I post the most, but it helps to have a thick skin there! I wish you well. Peace
