Hi all!
I'm a 24 year old apprentice who recently figured out I have Aspergers.
I can't remember exactly when I realised I had this, I've always been very odd, focused I my own interests and ignorant of the social norms. Anyway, I look forward to being part of the wrong planet (which seems like my right planet).

What kind of apprenticeship are you doing? i was hoping to be a sparky... now im considering automotive... i havent been lucky enough to get an opportunity in something i want to do... either that or someone beats me to it...

Dingo my apprenticeship is in aircraft structural maintenance and engineering, I basically make and repair aircraft parts. I've also done a bit of UAV development work as well. You could use a TAFE course to get into those fields, I did a Pre-voc course and they give me the details for my current work place for my work experience and that got my apprenticeship.
