I attended the autism panel at HOPE9 last weekend, and now I'm here. I'm diagnosed with ADHD, fairly certain I'm Asperger's. I'm a software engineering student for the time being, though I think I'm about ready to drop out because of my terminal inability to function within the university setting. So, I'm hoping this community will have some insight and protips as I set out to take down life from an angle that's more in line with my abilities!

Is anyone else here new after attending that panel? There were a lot of people there.

I did not attend HOPE9, but I'm glad to see a new face on here all the same. Welcome to WP! I've even responded to one of your first posts.

It was great! I haven't been since The Last Hope, so it was good to finally get my Club Mate fix.

I was there. It was a very interesting panel. Are you local in NYC?

Not even a little, I had to travel a bit.
