I normaly just say American Mutt.

The ones I know about: Scott, English, Hungarian, German, Dane. Some think Native American, but I doubt that one. One side is almost completly missing. My surname is Scott.

Why would someone kill you for that?

I'm 100% Canadian, I was born here, my parents were born here. Not sure much about my grandparents other than my maternal grandmother was born in Scotland and paternal grandmother was born I think in England.

My mom was not the most faithful woman. My conception resembled the Kentucky Derby.

Grandfather was full-blooded Indian. His mother was Creek, and his father was Cherokee. My grandmother was "white". So, that makes my dad half. My mom is "white", so the Indian bloodline was diluted even more. So, I guess that makes me 1/4 Indian and 3/4 "white". I think my mother is of Scottish ancestry, but can't be 100% positive about that.

I remember meeting my great-grandparents and thinking that they were a bit odd in their ways. Now, as an adult looking back, I wish I'd have gotten to know them better, as my grandfather never spoke of them again after their deaths. My great-grandmother was the last to go, burning to death in a strange fire. She was standing too close to a fireplace to get warm, when her nightgown caught fire. Instead of the "drop, stop, roll" method, she ran through the house toward the front door, causing the fire on her nightgown to spread more rapidly. She made it to the front lawn, collapsing on the ground. She never recovered.

Anyway, that's who I am, or at least, where I come from....

Hello,

I only read the first posting here.

Did not post my last name but let's just say I could put "CLAN" in front of it. :)

Mother and Father are Heinz 57 but my majority has been traced to The Isle Of Mull!!

My Clan fought alongside William Wallace against LongShanks and the British.

They were hard headed and foolhardy brave.

Speaking of brave also have 1/16 Cherokee.

Mainly, I use my Scottish ancestry to identify myself as I did have a very Red Beard when I was

younger.

Cool, more Scots,

later,

crazedchef

Mom's side: 50% Swedish, 50% Québecois (my ancestors were some of the first settlers in Quebec, so it's possible that I have a small trace of Iroquois too)

Dad's side: 50% Czech, 25% English, 25% Jewish mystery (My dad and I think he might be from Syria or Iran)

:D We have English,Danish,Swedish, and Norweigan, and it is rumored that we have Bosnian,or Chezch blood, too,and also some Polish. Someone once said we had some Russian, but that was dissproved, because we traced it back, and there was none. There is also some East German. The English was traced back quite a ways, the family was surprised they could do it. Most of it is documented, because my family is very precise and detailed about things like that. I am not sure why.
