Why are you here? Came across the site while looking up info on Aspergers, thought it might be good to have a sort of support group to be a part of

Favorite music: How much time do we have? Mostly rock, some classical. Guns N' Roses is my all-time favorite. Also really like Aaron Copland on the classical side. Rancid. Stabbing Westward. Tons of others, but I won't waste your time in naming them all. Really been on a major Weezer kick lately.

Books: Not a big reader really. Anything hockey or baseball related, The Catcher in the Rye.

TV shows/Movies: How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, the first ten seasons of The Simpsons.

Instrument: Drums, guitar, piano, bass, trombone, and singing (I'm a baritone/bass though, so lead vocals are out)

Plans for the future? Just to keep on living as best I can. Would love to move up to a higher league in broadcasting. Might quit and go into something else. My wife wants to open a bakery. I'd be down with that.

Favorite subjects: Music, Writing, The Sims (and other games, like Serious Sam/Doom/Quake/Dead Space, etc.)

Year/Grade: way past that

Favorite music: Classical Liszt, Wagner, Beethoven, Prokofiev. Alternative: Stabbing Westward, And many other dark edged rock: Foreign: (Russian) Savicheva and Viagra French (Alizee); pop - the top 100 (Clarkson, gaga, maroon6, etc.) I like music. I love ragtime.

Books: Love HGWells (surprised? ) and Clive Barker and plenty more, but they are two of my favorite authors.

TV shows/Movies: Fight Club, LA Confidential, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, and plenty more.

Instrument: keyboards, bass, some guitar, vocals, drum programming; attempted trumpet, French horn, and violin, and had a chance with the French horn (till I broke it by accident

Do you like sports? I enjoy watching the playoff games, otherwise, no.

Clothing: don't like plaid or brown clothes. shirts MUST have a pocket. Prefer button down collar. Do not mind vertical stripes but can't stand horizontal stripes. Pants must NOT be corduroy! Don't like the feel of certain materials. Prefer to go shoeless and sockless; with jeans and a black t-shirt.

When were you diagnosed?(skip if you don't have a disorder): I was diagnoised with treatment-resistant depression at age 13. I was 26 when I was officially diagnoised with Asperger's, and I wish I'd know A LOT sooner.

Family: My dad is a bipolar alcoholic and an undiagnoised Aspie. My sister is a bipolar undiagnoised Aspie with bulimia. My mother and her side of the family are sane (thank God). My dad's side of the family is full of mental illness, all umdiagnoised.

Clothing: I am a little overweight so I am trying not to buy clothes while I lose weight but I'm a very casual dresser. T-shirts are my favorite. When I want to dress up a bit, I like Boho-type things.
