Hi everyone,

I am new to this site. I haven't been formally diagnosed as having Asperger's, but when I was in psychotherapy my therapist, who was an expert on learning disabilities, thought that I have it. Also, my wife thinks I have it.

In any case, I seem to share many of it's characteristics. I'm terrible in social situations; I almost always fade out into the background of conversations. These are the things that most bother me in my life.

I'm hoping to meet people here and develop coping skills in the areas of finding work, making friends, and learning foreign languages -- the last one being applicable since I am a native English speaker who has moved to Finland and am having a hard time with learning the language.
