So much of what I've read over the last month has me convinced that I have Asperger's, with tourette's and possibly some ADHD thrown in for good measure. I'm 36 and I'm from England.

Hello.

I personally would not get too caught up in the exact diagnoses. One doctor will claim two or three disorders, another might pick two or three different. The main thing is to realize you are different and to realize that it is a good thing to be, considering what you are sharing this world with.

i have undiagnosed AS. i discovered this while reading about AS because my nephew was diagnosed. i was 55. diagnosis for me at this point would just be overkill. i believe there are treatments for tourette's, however. and there are several treatments for adhd. might be worth your while to look into those.

welcome to WP.

Thanks for the welcome, I've found reading about other people's experience's very interesting and comforting, and I'm not overly confident that I'll be able to articulate my issues adequately to a doctor.

Vocal stimming and tourette's sound like the same thing to me.
