Hello
Some of the people I know think I'm autistic.
I've only started to do ok people wise fairly recently, much of my life has been spent indoors reading rather than running about talking rubbish with strangers (which, as far as I can tell, is what everyone else seems to do). I do have friends now though, it might be a bit odd that I only actually like one of them, I'm sort of indifferent to the rest.
When I started college I made a conscious effort to be more sociable, whereas before I was a loner I am now apparently 'overly friendly', people are just never satisfied.
I also seem to have problems and worries that other 'normal' people don't, such as, when people tell you to make eye contact when you talk to people, which eye are you supposed to look at? It seems a really silly worry, but I still worry about it. O_o

I've found looking at a persons chin or forehead is helpful, removes the eye contact problem all together, and nobody seems to notice (or at least they don't mention it).

Welcome to Wrong Planet.

Hello. Whether or not you have autism, you are welcome here!

It sounds like you are rather introverted, in either case.

i have four of my friends that know I have aspergers;

the first two were friends from high school that were just shortly after High School graduation two years ago the first one (AH) was from my town and the second (PO) was a exchange student from Mexico. They were my best friends at the time, PO was sweet and she would make time to go to lunch with me during lunch hour and AH was my best friend since we were in elementary school and he was the cool guy of my social group.

Anyway I told AH and he said he always known I had something. In retrospect, thinking of all the mean pranks he pulled on me over the years really put a damper on that. I told PO and she said she thought I was just a cute normal guy ( :D ) unfortunately we don't really talk anymore and I'm really getting tired of never talking to her anymore.

I also told two others; my co-author of my upcoming webcomic (CR) and another classmate of mine (KL).

CR is a nice guy and KL knows someone with torette's or something so she knows about different psychological things and took it stride.

I'm unemployed and not many of my friends talk to me anymore. I'm getting pretty lonely, I wanna meet people here.

You're making a webcomic, what's it about?

Its about the employees of a comic book store in seattle (my co-author is from there). Its primarily a slice of life series but we will add some fantasy elements like vampires and aliens and such. The site won;t let me post URLS yet so you have to go to deviantart dot com and go to Count-Kraumburger1 and then the ECC folder when you go to my gallery.

message me what you think if you want to

That's a very unique art style, I really like it. Looking forward to being able to see what you do with it once you get some work completed. I also love the part where you outline the artists you would like to portray characters if the Mega Man comic became a cartoon, my "special interest", as much as I dislike that phrase, is animated voice actors so it was fun to read your list. Good line up by the way,

thanks you so much! :D

I try to base my stuff slightly on Johnen Vasquez's work, I like his artstyle (his stories and such not so much)
