Been around for a bit but not too social on here. From Huntsville, Alabama. I drum, play hockey, and have fun with various outdoor activities. I'm raising a son and would love to meet anyone within a reasonable distance from me. I don't really know anyone like me and have a hard time truly connecting with anyone besides my son (heavily suspect he's an aspie as well).

I was also not very social for a while when I initially joined; one you "take the plunge" and start posting more, though, you'll find that the people here are extremely interesting and usually very warm-hearted.

Have you ever been to the Space Center in Huntsville? I have always wanted to go-- I live in the Southeast U.S., but not close enough to Huntsville to where I can go on any random weekend.

Does your username have any correlation to your hockey interest?

Anyways, I hope that you are able to make many useful connections here. :)

Yeah i'm a goalie in a local league. Play alot of tournaments as well. I've been a ton of times =D to the space center. There's a few other things to catch while you're in the area too like some water parks and such. It's fun and educational for sure. Make sure the weather is good so you can enjoy all the outdoor rides.
